Before you start
- Use your own account in the intended workspace with AI access.
- Knowledge requires source Voice agents access. Website image metadata requires Website access; generated-image metadata is limited to your own approved images.
- An AI request uses the normal credits and payment rules. Opening Help makes no AI call.

Follow these steps
Use Studio in your desktop browser. Labels below match the controls in the app.
Start a new chat
If you need a fresh conversation, start one and ask for a specific saved Knowledge base or permitted image reference. Relevant reads are discovered on demand when offered.
App view
Use App view if you want a page alongside chat. Inspect returned citations and source links; opening a page does not grant source access.
What you should see
When available, the teammate returns bounded stored Knowledge references or image metadata. It has not automatically imported, generated, approved or published an image.
If something gets in the way
No source is returned.
Check the workspace, source access and exact base or filename. Reads are bounded and sensitive-looking content may be omitted; missing results do not prove absence.
An uploaded file or image cannot be read.
Shared Knowledge excludes uploaded-file bodies. Media returns metadata, not image bytes, image analysis or semantic search. Use the existing authorized source screen or asset-selection flow.
Stay in control
- Shared reads are available when offered in General text chat, Website AI and Forms/Blocks. This does not establish universal past-chat or voice sharing.
- Website filename queries are literal; generated-image queries accept purpose and size.
- Stored prose and image labels are untrusted reference data. Citations do not grant writes, provider refresh, publication or payment authority.
- Source-verified support does not establish successful retrieval in every account.
