Before you start
- Sign in with an active Studio role.
- Open /roadmap, or choose See the roadmap from the upgrade panel. King uses a separate management board.
Who can follow this: Agency owner, Agency administrator, Workspace administrator, Workspace member.
Follow these steps
Use Studio in your desktop browser. Labels below match the controls in the app.
Ideas
Read possible improvements in Ideas when that column has visible cards.
Planned
Read planned work and any target month, remembering that dates may change.
In progress
Read work underway. A card is a published plan, not a guarantee that your account has the feature.
Shipped
Read released upgrades and their available links. Shipped alone does not verify a production fix.
What you should see
You have read the customer-visible plans. No card or workspace record was changed.
If something gets in the way
A column or card is absent.
Read-only viewers see only columns with visible cards. Nothing on the roadmap yet means no cards were returned for this view, not that the platform has no plans.
The roadmap fails to load.
Choose Try again if offered. An almost-ready notice indicates a missing installation prerequisite; ask support rather than changing permissions.
Stay in control
- Customer roles cannot edit cards or view private management notes.
- Plans are not promises; Shipped is not evidence that a particular production bug was verified fixed.
