Before you start
- Sign in to your own account in the intended workspace with AI access.
- This guide covers ordinary own-chat use, outside support or member view.
Who can follow this: King, Agency owner, Agency administrator, Workspace administrator, Workspace member.
Follow these steps
Use Studio in your desktop browser. Labels below match the controls in the app.
Show past chats
Open the saved-chat list and choose the intended active chat, reviewing any unsaved-edit prompt first.
Archived chats
Switch to Archived chats to find your hidden chats in this workspace. Active chats returns to the active list.
Restore chat
Restore the selected archived chat to Active. Restoration keeps your current chat and draft open; select the restored chat separately.
Load older exchanges
In a long chat, load earlier retained exchanges above the latest window when this control is offered.
What you should see
Your own saved history is available for review; restoring a chat does not send a message or start an AI run.
If something gets in the way
A saved chat is missing.
Confirm the signed-in account, workspace and Active or Archived view. Use Refresh chats if offered; a failed or empty lookup does not prove deletion.
You have unsaved text.
Keep editing, or save or discard deliberately before opening another conversation. Restoration itself does not replace the current draft.
Stay in control
- Own-chat restoration does not enable autonomous discovery across all past chats, voice transcripts or other people.
- Editor handoff preserves its specific conversation; it is not universal history sharing.
- Stop does not undo saved effects.
