Before you start
- Sign in with Inbox access in the correct workspace.
- A saved draft must belong to your account and the selected contact.
Who can follow this: King, Agency owner, Agency administrator, Workspace administrator, Workspace member.
Follow these steps
Use Studio in your desktop browser. Labels below match the controls in the app.
Search contacts
Search for the contact in the conversation list and open their conversation.
Show conversations
If the conversation is missing from the current view, select the appropriate conversation filter, such as All conversations.
Saved drafts
Above the open conversation, find Draft saved and choose Edit. If several drafts exist, Edit newest opens the newest one. Review the loaded draft in the editor.
What you should see
A saved draft is open for review. Loading it does not send a message.
If something gets in the way
The saved-draft line is absent.
Confirm the account, workspace and contact. The line is hidden when no other saved drafts are returned or a lookup fails; an already open draft is excluded from that line. Its absence alone does not prove a draft was deleted.
The inbox does not load.
Use the inbox retry control or Refresh inbox after checking your connection. Do not start a replacement conversation to work around an access error.
A previous send has an uncertain outcome.
Check its status using the existing send recovery flow before attempting another send; an uncertain result is not proof that nothing was sent.
Stay in control
- Opening a conversation may mark it read.
- Sending reaches a real recipient. Verify the contact, channel and message and complete the app review before an authorized send.
- Never use customer messages or drafts in public help screenshots.
